Overview

Adjacent to the scenic village of Glen Williams, just outside of the town of Georgetown, our current project offers two beautiful custom homes on 3/4 acre lots situated across the street from prestigious Bishop Court.  Both models host main floor gas fireplaces, 9 ft ceilings, hardwood flooring, natural oak staircases and eco friendly construction. The upgraded Barzotti kitchens are complimented with choice of granite counters in the kitchen, en suite and powder room.

To preserve the natural surrounding and maintain our eco-friendly approach, we have worked closely with Credit Valley Conservation to implement a landscaping and planting restoration plan that features plant materials native to the Credit River Valley.
